All returns or exchanges must be pre-approved and assigned a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA number). This gives you authorization to return item(s) to Cartridge World for inspection. Credits will be issued, if justified, after product inspection.

Any product that has been tampered with or refilled will be denied credit.
