The Copier and Toner Store Shipping Information**

Shipping charges are nonrefundable, except in the event of a packing error or defective product.


Order Shipments and Tracking

Whether your order is shipped in one box or several, total shipping charges will not exceed what was quoted on your order confirmation.

Our policy is to send you your merchandise as quickly as possible. Shipping items together depends upon the availability of the items ordered. Should an item be out-of-stock, it will be sent as soon as it becomes available. You will not incur any additional charges if your items ship in separate boxes or from multiple distribution centers.

To check the status of your order(s), please allow up to 1 business day for the order to process and tracking number to be made available on your account. Afterwards, you may log back into your account.

  • What is your normal Delivery Time?
    ​For ink/toner cartridges, if you are located within the U.S. and your package is less than 2 lbs., it normally takes 3-5 business days. If you’re located in the U.S. and your package is over 2 lbs., it normally takes 3-7 business days. For office equipment, office supplies and furniture, the expected delivery date is 1-2 business days from the date that the order is placed if submitted before 3:00PM local time. Heavier/larger items will be shipped by LTL and have an expected delivery date of 3-5 business days after an order is placed.

  • How do you ship? 
    Shipping methods depend on the size and weight of your order. We could use USPS and UPS for most shipments. Heavier/larger items will be shipped by UPS or other carriers (i.e. machines).

  • How long after I place my order do you ship it? 
    For toner, most shipments go out the following business day. If the item is not stocked in our central warehouse, it may take up to 3 days to process. We maintain the inventory quantities and we will do our best to ensure that items Not in Stock cannot be ordered.  Should an item you order be unavailable, your credit card will not be charged and you will be informed via email.

  • What if I do not own a credit card? 
    For web orders, we only take credit cards but you can call 1-833-COPIER2 (267-4372) to find the nearest store to you.

  • What are your shipping charges? 
    You will receive free shipping if your order total is $100.00 or more. If your order total is under $100.00, you will be charged acording to your order. 

  • What is the shelf life of your cartridges? 
    1-3 years depending on the cartridges.
